Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were amazing, clean, and spacious, with a small complementary box of chocolates left by the previous guest adding a nice touch. The location is really good, providing easy access to the Galleria Mall, although the dining experience fell short with an additional charge for some items.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel had the perfect size rooms, not cramped at all, and even though breakfast wasn't included, the optional breakfast available was excellent. The service was top-notch, especially from Fabienne, the guest relations manager. The location was ideal with easy access to Galleria mall, and the dining experience was a delight overall.

The food was delicious, overlooking the pool courtyard, and the bed was super comfortable with a luxurious bath. However, the restaurant experience was not on par with the rest of the hotel.
